Proper formatting for Mailing Lists
The mailing list should contain only the information necessary for mailing:

First Name
- Last Name
- Street Address (”Address 1″)
- Apartment or Suite number (”Address 2″)
- City
- State
- Zip (5-digit or 5-plus-4)

We also accept other spreadsheet programs, if the file saved is in a Comma Delimited format (.csv) or Tab Delimited format (.txt):
If you are sending a csv file, please remove commas from within any addresses, as this will “shift” everything in the database. If you need a sample, click here.
